Hi. I would like to apply for a bursary for a diploma in Cartography. Is this one of the diplomas which the city will give a bursary towards? I am currently working for the city of capetown working in a electrical drawing office. There has been a move to using GIS compared to autocad and I am needing to enhance my GIS skills
